Stadium capacity approximately 84,000 because of C Deck restoration work

Urban Meyer has asked two friends to serve as guest coaches: Hall of Fame coach Lou Holtz and NIKE Inc. Chairman Emeritus Phil Knight.

Holtz coached at Ohio State during the 1968 national championship season and hired Meyer at Notre Dame in 1996 as receivers coach.

Ohio State and Nike have been apparel partners for more than two decades and agreed to a 15-year sponsorship through 2033.

About 20,000 seats in Ohio Stadium’s C deck will not be in use as work continues on a multi-year restoration project to preserve the 1922-circa coating and concrete on that level after previous work was done on A and B decks.
