“Twilight Zone” is from Golden Earring’s 1982 album “Cut” and peaked at #10 on the Billboard Hot 100. The song was written by the band’s guitarist, George Kooymans, who got the inspiration from the book “The Bourne Identity” by Robert Ludlum. “Twilight Zone” pays tribute to the 1960s television series and spent half a year (27 weeks) on the United States pop chart.
