Authorities are using helicopters, horses, ATVs, and search dogs to look for Amina Alhaj-Omar, 25 , (right) last seen on a surveillance video at a gas station on S. High Street near I-270 and walking near a privately owned quarry hours before her family reported her missing, police said in a Facebook post.

Missing Persons Unit detectives located a vehicle belonging to Omar on June 12 in the area of I-270 between I-71 and U.S. 23 on the South Side.

The car appeared to have been involved in a minor traffic crash, police said.

Police say detectives believe Omar may be suffering a mental health crisis and say members of the public should immediately call 911 and not approach her.
