“Sweet Talkin Woman” is from ELO’s1978 album “Out of the Blue” and peaked at #17 on the Billboard Hot 100. The song started out with the title “Dead End Street” but Jeff Lynne wasn’t happy with the song and completely changed the lyrics. Mutt Lange inadvertently ripped off the song when he wrote “Do You Believe In Love” for Huey Lewis and the News; the melody and opening verse are similar.
