“Jane’s Getting Serious” is from Jon Astley’s 1987 album “Everyone Loves The Pilot (Except the Crew) and peaked at #7 on the Billboard Mainstream Rock chart. The song was made more popular by it’s use in a Heinz Ketchup commercial starring a pre-friends Matt LeBlanc.; Jon is best known for his producing skills for many artists including Eric Clapton, The Who (Pete Townsend is his ex brother in law), Norah Jones, Sting and more.
