Perfect Way is from British band Scritti Politti’s 1985 album Cupid and Psyche 85 and peaked at #11 on the Billboard Hot 100. The name Scritti Politti translates to “political writings” in Italian; trumpeter Miles Davis covered “Perfect Way” on his 1986 album Tutu and the song was used in the 2010 movie Hot Tube Time Machine.
