Listeners 21 and over may register with their name, address, birthdate, phone, and email address RewindColumbus.com between 12am Monday, July 27 and Friday, July 31 at 12pm to win the grand prize. Grand Prize is a one night stay in a family suite for up to four people at Great Wolf Lodge including water park passes, retail valued at $200. Prize is valid Sundays – Thursdays and expires August 31, 2016. Prize is subject to availability. One entry per person. Multiple entries by an individual will disqualify all entries by that individual. If an entrant receives irregular votes from the same user or users, including but not limited to, votes generated by a robotic, programmed, script, macro, other automated means or other source, REWIND reserves the right to disqualify the entrant in its sole discretion. Rewind will randomly draw one grand prize winner from all qualified entries on Friday, July 31st after 12pm and call them by phone. We will make reasonable effort to award prize within 7 days. Winners will be chosen at the sole discretion of REWIND. Winner will be responsible for any applicable federal and state taxes. Prize is not transferrable or redeemable for cash.
Rewind contests are open to all eligible central Ohio residents 21 or older who have not won anything on Rewind in the past 30 days or any prize valued at $600 or more in the past 6 months. Only one winner per household is permitted within 30 days after a household has a winner. Any prize awarded to an ineligible listener will be deemed null and void, and an alternate eligible winner may be named.
Employees of Rewind, Franklin Communications, Inc., and its ultimate parent company, Saga Communications, Inc., their advertising agencies, affiliates, contest sponsors, employees and immediate families of each, and employees of all media of mass communication within a one hundred mile radius of the Rewind main studio are not eligible to win any contest. Immediate family includes the spouse, great-grandparents, grandparents, parents, brothers, sisters, children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren of the employee and his/her spouse. This also includes individuals for whom the employee is current legal guardian.
