COLUMBUS – Plans are moving ahead for a Cleveland Browns “perfect season” parade to celebrate – sort of – the team’s finishing the 2017 season 0-16.
The first-of-its-kind event was organized on Twitter by a lifelong fan and is scheduled for noon on Jan. 6, starting with a parade around First Energy Stadium.
The “perfect season parade” is something Cleveland fans have been planning as far back as 2016 but the Browns finished that season with a imperfect record: they won a game.
To attend Saturday’s event, organizers are asking fans to bring a food item to donate to the Greater Cleveland Food Bank.
