First Annual Coldest Night of the Year to take place In Dublin
RTEAMLISA Inc. and the Coldest Night of the Year have paired to raise funds in support of the community’s most vulnerable through February 22nd event
Dublin, OH, January 25, 2025: RTEAMLISA is excited to announce the first annual Coldest Night of the Year event on February 22, 2025, in Dublin, OH. This family-friendly, “winterrific” walk through the heart of town is an opportunity for community members to come together to make a significant impact on local charities supporting individuals facing hurt, hunger, and homelessness.
This year, RTEAMLISA is hoping to raise more funds in support of our community’s most vulnerable people.
“Every person deserves a warm and safe place to call home, this is a basic human right,” says Lisa Radey, Founder/Event Director, RTEAMLISA Inc. “That’s why RTEAMLISA is proud to partner with The Coldest Night of the Year in our shared effort to raise awareness and funds in support of those most in need in our community.”
Participants will have a choice to participate in a 2km or 5km route and those walkers that raise more than $150 receive a Coldest Night of the Year toque. Following the walk, a warm meal will be provided at the start and finish locate – Columbus Metropolitan Library at 75 N. High Street in Historic Downtown Dublin.
Coldest Night of the Year is a well renowned Organization that has been servicing Canada for the past 15 years and recently made its launch to the USA in the last three year’s. The Canadian Walk has generated in 208 locations across Canada with over 4,400 Teams and over 1,500 Sponsors. Coldest Night of the Year USA currently has 60 locations across the USA, 831 Teams and over 115 Sponsors.
RTEAMLISA encourage everyone, young and old, to bundle up and collectively work towards building a warmer, more supportive community for all through Coldest Night of the Year.
